Sometimes the information from one financial ledger (administration) must be divided into two or more export files. In this case the function 'Copy administration' can be used to create a copy of an excising d-basics ledger (administration). This ledger (administration) will have the same settings as the original d-basics ledger (administration).

After the ledger (administration) has been copied, it is possible to specify which information must be included into the export files by means of filters.
