New export plug-in released: Siemens Finance & Leasing
d-basics Collector now also supports sending information to Siemens Finance & Leasing
We are happy to announce that we have recently completed the development of a plug-in that supports sending information to Siemens Finance & Leasing.
With this plug-in, d-basics Collector offers a solution for the following steps of sending data files to Siemens Finance & Leasing:
-
Collect the required information
D-basics Collector can connect with almost 900 different types of accounting packages and through this connection the information that is to be sent to Siemens Finance & Leasing is automatically imported into d-basics Collector.
-
Check the collected information
After the information is imported, d-basics Collector automatically checks whether it meets the requirements of Siemens Finance & Leasing and where shortcomings are found, the program tries to remedy this or an overview is created of the information to be corrected in the accounting package.
-
Select which information will be send to Siemens Finance & Leasing
If certain debtors or open items do not have to be sent to Siemens Finance & Lease, d-basics Collector offers the option of excluding them with the help of filters.
-
Create data files in the Siemens Finance & Leasing file format
Finally, d-basics Collector creates data files in the prescribed file format and these files can be uploaded manually via the client portal of Siemens Finance & Leasing.
With this, d-basics Collector offers a ready made solution for sending data to Siemens Finance & Leasing.
